Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Journal of Commercial and Property Law (COOUJCPL) is a departmental journal of Commercial and Property Law, Faculty of Law, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Igbariam Campus (Former Anambra State University). It is an annual scholarly, peer-reviewed and fully refereed journal that publishes high quality research papers in law. The journal calls for paper and accepts well researched and investigated articles and case review from any area of law which deals with topical issues both in Nigeria and beyond.
